We hope that you are enjoying your golf season.

We want to advise you of some recent changes, certain existing policies at Corporate Golfxtra and to announce our promotion.

"GUEST PASSES PROMOTION"

Within the next few days, we will be adding 2 guest passes to the accounts of all our regular 5 and 7 day members.

Guest passes give you the opportunity to bring 1 or 2 guests that are non members to play at our Corporate Golfxtra rate.  The guest pass round will be charged to the member that makes the booking.  You have until the end of the season to use them as they will not be brought forward to the next season.

To use your guest passes, you can either call us and we will be pleased to assist you with your reservation, or you can reserve online by adding yourself as the first player and then by clicking on "Use one of my guest passes"  to add your guest.

IMPORTANT REMINDER

RAINCHECK/CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER!

They say it never rains on a golf course, however Mother Nature might want to surprise us with some bad weather.  When this happens:

You must go to the proshop to identify yourself and call us before leaving the course.  If our office is closed, leave us a detailed message and we will respond the next business day.  We never charge your round the day of, we charge you the next business day, therefore we can apply the raincheck as per our policy before processing the charges in case the club you played at does not give rainchecks.

If you do not advise us immediately, you will be charged in full for your round with no exceptions.
