The Capital's executive golf course is set next to the NCC Greenbelt and one of the Ottawa
Valley's oldest cathedral forests while only minutes from downtown Ottawa. The forest
setting provides a relaxing and natural environment to get out and play a quick round of
golf with friends and the entire family.
The course consists of 18 holes featuring exclusively
par 3 holes with the longest measuring in at 202 yards. The small, well maintained bent
grass greens require an accurate tee shot, but the designed absence of water and sand
hazards makes getting to the greens a straight forward and refreshingly stress-free quest
for beginning golfers.
The total yardage for the 18 holes is slightly more than 2500 yards,
which allows most rounds to be completed in 2-3 hours instead of 4-6 hours on the regular
courses. While many better golfers come out to sharpen their short game, the Capital's
golf course is suited best for those learning to play golf and those wanting to golf in a
relaxing and leisurely environment with a minimum investment of time.
Champion Miniature Golf
Built in 1999, our miniature golf sets a new standard for the Ottawa area. Set in an acre of mature forest and gardens and graced with a
magnificent waterfall, the 18-hole course has holes ranging from 25 to 65
feet. The course is beautifully lit for evening and night play. The special
turf provides an amazing realistic putting experience. Our miniature golf is
great entertainment for the entire family. A picnic area in the forest area is
a great spot for birthday parties and group outings.

Range Facilities
The Capital Golf Centre now features some of the best range facilities in Easter Ontario. The full driving range features high quality
mats and maintained grass hitting stations and various target greens. The second range is
a separate, picturesque "short iron" range with a target green for practicing
those shots between 40-100 yards. Both of these ranges are lit for use at night. A third
"greenside" range features several bunkers and chipping areas to practice the
short game within 40 yards of the green.
Golf Instruction
Persons taking golf lessons at the Capital Golf Centre will receive professional golf
instruction from the staff of the Capital Golf Academy - one of the highest
rated golf instruction schools in the Ottawa valley
